Need to return an item? No problem! You will just need your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.

We know that our items make great gifts, but if you are not totally satisfied with the order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned within 15 days of the order date for store credit (excluding original shipping costs). If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.


*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

*Free gifts, promotional or any items purchased on clearance or with coupons are not returnable. 

*Items purchased on sale may be refunded. However, if reason for exchange is not at the fault of Native Supply, customer is not guaranteed the sale price for new item and may have to pay full price.

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be fully processed and a refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.
